Why open an account? And how?

You have to open an account in order to pay for your orders. Plus the information you provide is kept in our database, which will speed up your purchases on your next visit.

To create your account and gain access to our backing-track download service, click on the “create an account” tab at the top right of the pages on our site and fill out the registration form, making sure that your e-mail address is correct (caps, lower-case, spaces, etc.) as it will be your login ID and will store your password.

 

 

How do I make my purchases? “My basket”

Once you’ve selected your title, you can click the “Add to cart” icon opposite the desired backing track at any time..

After checking the box corresponding to the version you want, click the “Add to cart” icon again.

You can check changes to your cart in real time in the “Cart” box on the right side of each page, new entries, genres and all the product pages, or get a precise breakdown by clicking on “details” in the “Shopping cart” panel at the top right of each page on the site.

  

  

How do I pay for my purchases? “Pay for my purchases”

To pay for your purchases, all you have to do is click on the “pay for my purchases” tab.

You can delete one or more of the purchases in your basket at any time in the “Cart” box on the right side of each page of the site by clicking on the little cross over each product.

 

 

How do I pay? (Means of payment)

The various means of payment are:

-PAYPAL

-Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)

 

With these means, you can pay for your purchases as you wish.

Payment is secure, using SSL (data encryption).

 

IMPORTANT:You do not need to have a PAYPAL account in order to pay for your purchases by credit card..
On the “PAYPAL payment page” look for the words "You do not have a Paypal account and want to pay by credit card ..." and click on “continue,” then fill in the payment form.

Confirm the payment all the way through and then click on the "Back to Bestkaraoké" button which will take you to our download page.

Can I get a backing track suitable for my range? (change KEY)

(The range of a voice refers to all of the notes that a singer is able to produce, from low to high).

If you want to change the key for your backing track, just change the transposition by clicking “no transposition” on the drop-down menu (indicated by default) and select “transpose by -2 semitones to +2 semitones” and then check the desired version..

NB:A change in key greater than + or - 2 semitones would significantly affect the sound quality of our backing tracks; therefore, if you want a greater transposition you can either tell us this by e-mail or ask us for a backing track customised (the cost varies) to your precise range and professional quality.

(Note: changing the transposition in the dropdown menu does not change the key of the listening sample.)

Then click on “Add to Cart” and complete your order. Your backing track will be sent to your e-mail address, in the requested key, within 24 hours.

 

 

How do I download my backing track?

After we have confirmed your payment, you will automatically receive a download link. All you have to do then is to click on it to begin downloading.

 

 

What should I do if I can’t download my backing track from Bestkaraoke ?

If for any reason your backing-track download fails after several attempts, or arrives cut off, our team can send your purchase directly to you by e-mail. For this, use our “contact” section and fill in the form, taking care that your contact information is correct..

Note: for reasons of file size, it may happen that you receive a link for downloading from a server.

 

 

What should I do if I don’t receive my order e-mail containing my download link?

If you are using an antispam filter, please check that your downloads are not considered spam and blocked by it.

If that is the case, reset your antispam and add the address to your authorised list.

Also be sure to check that your e-mail did not redirect what we sent to “Your unwanted mail”.

You can temporarily deactivate your antivirus programme.

Finally, you can use another browser; install the Mozilla Firefox browser free of charge;

In fact, using this browser will solve many browsing and download problems.

  

  

What should I do if my backing track is ruined or incomplete after download?

Can I have a backing track made by Bestkaraoké ? (customised backing tracks)

If you are looking for a particular karaoke song or a professional-quality backing track, our team of music arrangers will create it specially for you.

Bestkaraoké sets basic prices for you that may be revised depending on several criteria (the title’s popularity, complexity of the instrumental version to be reproduced, style of the arrangement to be done, etc.) which determine the final price.

What format do the karaoke tunes come in?

The file format is Mp3.
Ask us if you have conversion requests (AIFF, QUICKTIME, AAC, MP4).

 

 

Can I recover lost backing tracks?

Yes! Just go online to your account and click on “connect,” give your login and password and go to “my account”, “my orders” or directly to the “my files” tab at the top right of each page on our site. Then just download them again, free of charge.

 

 

Do I have to pay royalties?

Downloading music on Bestkaraoke.fr is legal.

It is covered by a SACEM contract that compensates the artists with the royalties we pay to that body.

You can therefore use your backing tracks without qualms.

However, if you use these backing tracks at a public or commercial event, you must pay royalties to SACEM.

You are not authorised to use our backing tracks in any other setting, i.e., recordings, broadcasts, sales. Any violators are subject to lawsuit by us. Please contact before any use for these purposes.

  

  

Can I get a virus from an Mp3 file?

No. The files we send you do not contain any viruses. They do not contain any programme.

 

 

Is the online payment secure?

When you confirm your order, you will be redirected to our PAYPAL service provider, one of the best-known and most widely distributed in the world; its Web site and address are clearly identified and secure. No bank information concerning you passes through or is stored on our site.
